Position: ReStore Department Manager

Reports toReStore Manager

QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred. Merchandising experience desired.

Requirements/Skills: Responsible for day-to-day sales and merchandising, customer service and daily operations of the ReStore. Requires excellent communication skills and ability to delegate responsibility, including to volunteer team members. This position requires the ability to work with a diverse group of people. Also ability to handle the daily operations of the ReStore including donations and volunteer scheduling. This position requires excellent organizational skills along with ability to be a team member. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Excel and Word experience along with other software systems is desirable. Must be willing to learn all aspects of the ReStore including merchandising product, cashiering, volunteer assistance, assistance with donations including pick up of donations. A valid driver’s license required.

Habitat for Humanity South Central MN is a Christian based non-profit organization.

Hours: 35-40 hours/week

Tuesdays – Saturdays
