The public is invited to Habitat for Humanity Mankato ReStore the week of June 5th for a celebration of its 11th anniversary. All week, donors will receive coupons for 20 percent off their next ReStore purchase, while shoppers will save 11 percent storewide on appliances, building materials, cabinets, furniture, tools and more. Anniversary week concludes Saturday, June 9th, with free hotdogs, pop, and popcorn from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The 11th anniversary celebration is also a time to say thank you to everyone who makes the ReStore mission possible. Mankato ReStore relies on donors, volunteers, customers, and staff to power its unique business model of donated product funding affordable homes in south-central Minnesota for families in need.
Mankato ReStore, located at 1730 Bassett Drive, is open to the public Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Free pickup of larger items to be donated is available in the greater Mankato area and surrounding communities, depending on estimated value of the donation.
